This 2pc set consist of a custom made blouse with gigot big black sleeves has big button on the wrist of the sleeve. It can be worn also as a jacket! Has a fitted skirt with elastic waist and mermaid flare bottom. This set was designed by yours truly.

Length: 37” waist down
(This set can fit a size Large/Xl due to the elastic waist)
