This is a 2pc color block set. It comes with a Custom made Top with designed sleeves and a custom full flowing pleated skirt (Also comes with belt)
The skirt has and elastic waist, which gives stretch. The material is a jersey cotton with good stretch. Please see size chart for sizing.
